Loyalist Country Club Residents Association (LCCRA)

LCCRA1 smallLCCRA is a volunteer, not for profit organization, which promotes amongst all residents of Loyalist Estates, a happy and caring community, good neighbourly spirit, caring for one another with a focus on good health, enjoyment and the development of a happy atmosphere.

We encourage the participation of all Loyalist Estates residents in LCCRA. It is not a requirement that you be a member of the Golf and Country Club (CCC).

We identify social and sporting oriented activities to meet the needs of the residents. We promote these activities either through direct implementation or through coordinating with existing organizations in the community, the Village of Bath, and the surrounding area.

We liaise with the Village of Bath and /or Loyalist Township as required when situations arise which involve our community. We bring to the attention of the membership any issue (s) which would pertain to maintaining and enhancing of our property values.

Our membership fee is $10.00 annually per household.

See Membership Practice and Procedures for more information https://lccra.ca/standard-practices-and-procedures/

There is some confusion among Loyalist Country Club residents about who can or cannot use the pool, the compost, the gym or other facilities at the club house and what LCCRA provides.

The Loyalist Golf and Country Club Community is described as a semi private facility and as such, some parts are available only to Country Club Community (LCCC or CCC) members
( i.e. those who pay the $1,200.00 plus per year ).
These persons are invoiced by the club house and get “What’s Happening” emails from the clubhouse.
The Loyalist Golf and Country Club is open to the public in the common areas (Ballroom, Bar, Patio, Golf Shop) and anyone may participate in public activities held in those areas. CCC members get discounts and access as per the chart attached.

Those of us who are only Loyalist Country Club Residents Association (LCCRA) members and pay our $10.00 per year get other benefits but do not have access to the pool, the compost or free meeting rooms or members lounge coffee, specific discounts, etc.

This chart attached has been developed to help everyone understand the differences.

(You may have both LCCRA and CCC Membership

which will give you access to everything on the chart)

Please keep this information in mind when using the various facilities within Loyalist Country Club Estates.

Facilities benefits are shown by the paid membership group you have paid into.

Country Club Community (CCC)(*) In order to receive notices, Residents must have their email registered with Lacy Tulloch in the clubhouse office.

The Country Club Community (CCC) also known as the Loyalist Golf and Country Club is a private, for profit, golf centered company situated in the midst of a residential development with a golf course meandering between the residences. The club is open to the public for golf, pro-shop, lessons and restaurant services.

There is a membership structure which comes with the purchase of a new home in the Loyalist Estates community. Payment of an annual fee is required to maintain this membership. In addition to the public use, members and their guests can attend the social and recreational activities organized by the Golf Club. These activities include use of the swimming pool, gym and game facilities such as the pool tables, ping pong, shuffle board and darts.

Membership can be transferred on the sale of a home to a new owner for a small fee ( about $50) provided that the seller has maintained the annual fee payments.

The one time initiation fee is valued at $10,000. The annual membership dues are about $1,100.00 which must be renewed each January. Failure to pay the annual fee will result in the initiation fee being forfeited and becomes due again in order to rejoin.
