We all have “Issues “with our computing devices from time to time. If you have issues with yours and don’t know where to turn the LCCRA Help Desk may be able to help. About a dozen computer savvy residents have volunteered to form the LCCRA Computer Help Desk.
Tablets, desktops, laptops, they are all prone to “issues”. Sometimes it may be I have forgotten how to do something or I never knew. Whatever the “issue” it can be frustrating and annoying.
LCCRA Help Desk to the rescue.
In this era of physical distancing we cannot jump on our trusty steed and come to your house. We will have to do our best by phone.
Not all of the Help Desk members are familiar with all devices we therefore need to know what type of device you have and the issue you are experiencing.
At the bottom of this post you will see a comment section. Use this to send us your “Issue”. We will do a triage and the person most familiar with that type of issue will contact you. We need your name, phone number, device type, and a description of the issue.
There are no dumb questions.
There are no stupid issues.
If we can solve your problem we will.
There is no cost involved. It’s all included in your LCCRA annual fee.
