HomeCare for Loyalist Golf Community
Dear Home Owner:
We are residents of the Loyalist Golf Community and provide a HomeCare Service. We would be happy to check your home for the coming fall / winter season while you are away for an extended period of time.
Our services consist of checking your home at least three times per week and after severe weather. Picking up mail and watering plants.
We will inform you of damages that may occur as a result of weather conditions or due to vandalism and we will call the proper authorities to respond (insurance, police, fire department). We will also inform you of any household equipment failures (heating, plumbing, electrical) and take the appropriate action to reduce damages.
When professional service is required for repairs, the HomeOwner is responsibility for giving us direction. If you would like us to deal directly with the Contractor, obtain quotes and oversee repairs, we will charge you a reasonable fee for our time.
We do not provide snow removal, but recommend hiring a Contractor for the purpose of snow removal, as this will make your home appear lived-in and give us safe and easier access when checking your home.
